Improving Post Boosting Campaign in Education

Objective

SoMin worked with a leading international bilingual education center with over 350 early childhood, elementary, middle, and high schools in 17 countries around the world.The Client was satisfied with the existing engagement level but wanted to decrease costs for the existing post "boosting" campaigns on Facebook (in terms of cost per 10-second video view) by the targeted reach of potential customers within close proximity to childcare centers in Singapore.

Solution

SoMin's AI-Powered Audience Insights have identified and recommended clients several additional targeting attributes (such as Demographics, and targeting "Exclusions") and combined those targeting attributes with client's existing targeting set-up. Based on SoMin's Content Insights and Competitor Insights dashboards, the client has also received recommendations on the video content changes, caption content changes, the type of the Ad, as well as Facebook placements.

Result

Within less than 48 hours and for less than 25% of the cost, the AI-driven Facebook campaign has outperformed the results that were previously achieved within 168 hours for the same video content. The client has also experienced 2.7 times lower cost per click (CPC) as compared to the previous results.
