Objective

SoMin worked with a leading ticketing platform specializing in tourist activities across Asia. The client offers over 40,000 activities, including Attractions, Theme Parks, Dining, Transportation, Private and Sightseeing Tours.

The Client wanted to decrease the advertisement costs (in terms of cost-per-click CPC) by reaching travelers via Optimized Social Media Advertisement Set-ups (Google and Facebook) for the Nature-related attractions in Singapore.

Solution

SoMin's AI-Powered Audience Insights have identified four AI-Driven Social Audience Clusters. For each identified segment, SoMin has recommended appealing Content and Facebook setup via AI-Powered Content Insights.

Additionally, SoMin has set-up a Google Keyword-based Ads by optimizing over 4k keywords discovered from AI-Powered Competitor Insights.

The client saw 3.4 times lower CPC on Facebook as compared to their best-performing advertisement of the same attractions. The click-through-rates (CTR) were on average 3.2 times higher than their past results. The client has also experienced 2.2 times lower CPC in Google AdWords.
