Objective

Bank Otkritie conducted a series of pilot tests aiming to improve the bank’s performance marketing in B2B & B2C and for ways to increase their Return on Ad Spends. Success was measured through their Cost Per Click & Cost Per Lead across Facebook & Google and RoAS.

Solution

50% of the budget was managed through a traditional campaign execution by their agency. The other 50% of the budget was managed through SoMin.ai’s platform with the same creatives. SoMin.ai were able to extract findings from multiple social network sources through their proprietary Omni-Sourced User Profiling, they were then targeted using Long-tail Interest Targeting together with experts from the Bank Otkritie’s marketing department. The whole process was automated using SoMin.ai’s Ad Management Automation solution.

Results

The pilot tests were able to construct a holistic image of all user profiles and reduce total advertising expenses by more than 300% in comparison to non-AI led methods. On Facebook, SoMin.ai were able significantly increase KPI for Openbank by delivering 3x better CPC and 2.9x CPL whereas in Google, SoMin.ai was able to deliver 5x better CPC and 4.6x better CPL in comparison to the campaign that was run by their agency.
